RETURNS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns once a toy box has been shipped, but if there is a defective or damaged item, we will send out a replacement.

REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds on a shipped product that has been opened. If you change your mind and decide to Return To Sender, we will offer a refund of the box price, minus the shipping price.
On a rare occasion that you are unable to continue a subscription after the 1st box, we can offer a different subscription box or a partial refund for the remaining boxes.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
