All monthly or quarterly boxes are prepaid subscriptions. The 1st order ships within the first 5 business days.
The following orders ship within our subscription time frames. For renewals on the 1st of the month, boxes ship between the 5-10th of the month. For renewals on the 11th, the boxes ship up until the 15th of the month.

The VIP Box of Sensory Toys is recommended for 4-9 year olds. The Fidget Toys Box is most popular with tweens (8-12 year olds.) The Teen Sensory Box is curated for young teens or tweens. The School Sensory Box is for school aged children from K-5th grade.
The child's emotional and developmental age is more important than the biological age, when choosing a subscription box.

The VIP Box of Sensory Toys is for families seeking quality sensory toy and tools for therapy or fun. Teachers and therapists also purchase these monthly boxes.
The Teen Boxes are for teens seeking quality sensory tools or for teens seeking a unique gift, but who only want a box every 3 months.
The School Sensory Box is aimed or school or therapy groups, homeschools and families with several children, who want a box every 3 months.

All of our toys, books and tools are chosen based on therapeutic or skill building abilities.
Toy examples may include hand/body fidgets, tactile toys, glow-in-the-dark toys, LED toys, activities for fine motor skill-building, stress balls or putty, aromatherapeutic items or toys, toys to improve sensory processing, oral motor and/or gross motor skills.
Our items may help with a child’s self-regulation, anxiety and focus. As always, please seek the advice of your child’s pediatric therapist or doctor for medical or therapeutic advice.
If you are on a recurring subscription, renewals will be posted to your credit card either on the 1st or 11t of the month, depending on your subscription plan. Cancel anytime by logging into your Box of Sensory Toys account or write to rosa@boxofsensory.com.
Yes. If you’d like to try out one of our boxes or send just one as a gift, you may select the Month-to-Month plan, but please remember to cancel after purchase. Most customers gift a 3 or 6 month subscription, and during the holiday the 6-month or annual is the most popular prepay plan for every box.
You can also go to our SHOP section and choose a one-time purchase box.
Feel free to cancel or skip a month by logging into your account. If the subscription has already been renewed, please note that your cancellation will be for the following month after the end of subscription.
Cancellations must be requested by the 24th of the prior month (or before your payment goes through) to cancel your subscription that will ship during the 1st - 2nd week of the following month.
